Zen meal with yuba in Kyoto

Hi all!

Two weeks passed after returned to Japan.
It's soooooooooooooooooo freezing now and my body is not used to temperature yet.
But I like winter Japanese food so have to enjoy it untill spring!

I went to Kyoto last week with my family and my friend.
The purpose that we came to Kyoto for pray at the temple.

And after that we went to our favorite Japanese restaurant. The restaurant is of course Japanese meal and all meal are made with Yuba.
Yuba is lifted from boiling soy milk that rich protein film and popular ingredient for vegetarian cuisine. Taste is creamy!

Our favorite the restaurant that call "Yubasen" is reasonable and always can eat fresh Yuba.
